It's been said this is a scene without history. We don't have a Springsteen, Dylan, or Petty. But as was rightfully pointed out during Cornerstone's 25th birthday, we do have history in guys like the Lost Dogs and Charlie Peacock. And you don't have to look far to see bands of the future.
But the focus isn't the bands, or even Cornerstone's anniversary. Instead, the festival celebrated with worship. Thousands sang together in the candlelight.
Unfortunately, it has to end. But there's a better way to take the festival home than to set up a generator in your front yard, or plaster portapotties with band posters. Check out exclusive videos, interviews, photos, blogs, and more. And buy tickets now for Cornerstone 2009! We'll see you there!
