Raised in a pastors home, who had been radically converted to Christ from being an athiest. I was given every resource to follow Christ at a young age. I gave my life to Christ when I was a child--a commitment which has been cultivated to maturity even more as the Lord has molded me and shaped me more into His image over the past few years of my young adult life. I have been playing guitar since I was 8 years old. I began writing songs at age 12, and I started performing them when I was 15 at church events, and eventually a high-school assembly, coffee shops, college gatherings, missions trips, various music venues, and anytime God presented me with an opportunity from Him. I see my songs as a tool to convey the truth of God’s word and express the beauty of the love of Christ.
I have a call to serve God with my music ability, songwriting, and preaching. I graduated from a Christian University in Texas with a Bachelors in Music Performance; Classical Guitar in the spring of 2011. I pursued God with all my heart while there studying and participating in various ministries including missions trips, outreaches, and local church ministries. I met so many great friends there who have encouraged me and were truly “iron sharpening iron”. I currently lead worship at my home church, and am looking forward to releasing my first studio CD project “Shadow Of Your Wing” in May 2012, and also am scheduling a summer tour now.
The music I write and play comes from a deep place of prayer and experiences Christ has brought me through in light of God's Word. It is my desire to lift up the name of Jesus to this lost and dying world, and let the weary come to Him. (Matt. 11:28)
