Not One Is Upright is a 5 member act hailing from Grayson, KY, comprised of Gerald Dyson, Curtis Peffer, Franklin Shavers, Graham Skaggs, and the recent addition of Benjy Jackson. Though structured around thrash metal and hardcore themes, Not One Is Upright enjoys showcasing diversity by infusing styles such as ambient, blues, jazz, and rock. The lyrics and lifestyle of the group attempt to reflect dependence on and belief in Jesus Christ. Not One Is Upright recorded a 7-song EP, And They Were Likened Unto Dogs, at Jewel City Sound in Huntington, WV. The tracks were mixed and mastered by Ricky Holbrook (formerly of Tooth & Nail artist Showbread), and the project will be released on iTunes and other music outlets very shortly.
